CFP: Massacre and Its Use in the Old and New European Worlds: 1780-1820

This came through my inbox last night, a Call for Papers for a Special Issue of the Journal of Genocide Research to edited by Philip Dwyer and Lyndall Ryan of the University of Newcastle, Australia.
